ڈرانے حمل بچے کی دل کی دھڑکن نہ بننا|No Foetal Heart Rate In Pregnancy|Baby Heart Rate|DrSaraSafdar

Today's video is about No Foetal Heart In Pregnancy. What are the causes of no foetal heart rate and what is the treatment for it?On Ultrasound, gynaecologist or radiologist say there is no growth of foetus and no foetal heart rate is felt, gynaecologist prescribe medication and advice for ultrasound after few days.Following are some causes:
1: chromosomal abnormalities,in an embryo 23 chromosomes come from father and 23 chromosomes come from mother,so total 46 chromosome should be there.Chromosomal count and morphology should be normal,if there is chromosomal abnormalities are there, foetal cardiac activity will not be there .
2:Enembryonic pregnancy,in it egg is not properly fertilizer by sperm. In it, gestational sac is there but no foetal pole and foetal cardiac activity is present. This is Enembryonic pregnancy.
3: Hormonal imbalance, progesterone hormones high levels are required for proper foetal cardiac activity. If hormones imbalance is there, proper foetal heart rate will not form.
4:TORCH infections,in it different infections can be there like toxoplasmosis etc,in it foetal heart rate will not be there. If there is history of recurrent miscarriages, gynaecologist prescribe her Torch infection test.
5: Medical diseases in pregnant woman like hypertension, diabetes, chronic kidney disease, Heart problems etc will be a reason of growth retardation and no foetal cardiac activity.
6:There is an autoimmune disease called anti phospholipid syndrome.in it anti phospholipid antibodies or anticardiolipin antibodies form in pregnant woman that affects baby growth and foetal cardiac activity is not formed.
7: folate deficiency,if any pregnant woman has low levels of folate, proper foetal heart rate is not formed.
If you have recurrent history of pregnancies with no foetal heart beat, you should contact your gynaecologist, she will completely evaluate you, sometimes aborted foetus or clot is checked through proper chemistry to diagnose it and then treated accordingly.
Now if any pregnant woman has history of recurrent miscarriages, she should take folic acid few months prior to pregnancy,so folate deficiency can be treated. As you conceived, tablet loprin is started,so blood flow towards foetus and uterus can be enhanced. If you have hormonal imbalance, then hormonal support is prescribed in pregnancy. If you have anti phospholipid syndrome,an injection is prescribed on daily basis,so that antibodies can't affect baby growth. If Torch infection is positive ,it is treated accordingly. So, foetal heart activity will not be affected. So dear ladies, book yourself to proper gynaecologist for evaluation.
