???? कोरोनरी एंजियोग्राफी कैसे होती है?

सबसे पहले हम रेडियल आर्टरी (हाथ की नस) से एक विशेष कैथेटर हार्ट की नसों तक ले जाते हैं।
इस कैथेटर के माध्यम से दवा (डाई) डाली जाती है, जिससे मशीन पर हार्ट की नसें साफ दिखाई देती हैं।

➡️ इस कैथेटर को Tiger Catheter कहा जाता है, जो विशेष रूप से हार्ट की नसों तक दवा पहुँचाने के लिए बनाया गया होता है।

???? एंजियोप्लास्टी की जरूरत पड़ने पर क्या होता है?

यदि एंजियोग्राफी में ब्लॉकेज पाया जाता है, तो अगला स्टेप होता है एंजियोप्लास्टी।

???? Step 1: Wire डालना

हम एक बहुत पतली विशेष वायर इस्तेमाल करते हैं

जैसे Runthrough Wire

इसकी अनुमानित कीमत लगभग ₹10,000 होती है

यह वायर ब्लॉकेज के पार तक ले जाई जाती है

???? Step 2: Balloon Angioplasty

इसके बाद Balloon डाला जाता है

जैसे Accuforce Balloon (Terumo Company)

इसकी कीमत लगभग ₹25,000 होती है

इस बैलून को:

एक प्रेशर-गाइडेड डिवाइस से

कंट्रोल्ड प्रेशर में फुलाया जाता है
ताकि ब्लॉकेज को सुरक्षित तरीके से फैलाया जा सके।

???? Step 3: Stent डालना

ब्लॉकेज फैलाने के बाद, हार्ट की नस को खुला रखने के लिए Stent डाला जाता है।

आमतौर पर इस्तेमाल होने वाला स्टेंट:
Ultimaster Nagomi (Japan)

यह एक High-quality Drug Eluting Stent होता है

इसकी कीमत लगभग ₹40,879 होती है

???? Step 4: Post Dilatation

स्टेंट लगाने के बाद:

दोबारा बैलून से Post-Dilatation किया जाता है

ताकि स्टेंट नस की दीवार से अच्छी तरह चिपक जाए

इसके बाद Final Angiography Shots लिए जाते हैं,
जहाँ साफ दिखता है कि:

पहले की ब्लॉकेज अब पूरी तरह स्मूथ हो चुकी है।

???? क्लॉट होने पर क्या किया जाता है?

कभी-कभी हार्ट की नसों में खून का थक्का (Clot) जम जाता है।

➡️ ऐसे में इस्तेमाल किया जाता है:
Thrombosuction Catheter

यह बहुत पतली कैथेटर होती है

वैक्यूम के जरिए क्लॉट को बाहर खींच लिया जाता है

यह भी एक विशेष और महँगा उपकरण होता है

❓ तो एंजियोग्राफी और एंजियोप्लास्टी महंगी क्यों होती है?

क्योंकि इसमें शामिल होते हैं:
