**WHEN OIL HEATS:**
- Oxidation → Free radicals
- Smoke point → Toxic aldehydes
- Reusing oil → Increases heart disease risk
**BEST OILS FOR HEART HEALTH:**
1️⃣ OLIVE OIL (Extra Virgin) - #1 Choice!
• Lowers bad cholesterol (LDL)
• Contains antioxidants
• Reduces heart attack risk by 30%
2️⃣ CANOLA / SOYBEAN OIL
• Low saturated fat
• Heart-healthy polyunsaturated fats
3️⃣ PALM OIL - Okay in moderation
**COCONUT OIL TRUTH:**
❌ 82% saturated fat (HIGHER than butter!)
❌ Raises bad cholesterol (LDL) by 10 mg/dL
