[IT] Marco Falcone nasce in Calabria, studia Medicina a Roma, diviene infettivologo ed infine decide di mollare tutto per dedicarsi alla viticoltura nella zona del Cesanese del Piglio. La produzione è votata al rispetto dell' ambiente e dei cicli naturali del vigneto con l' impiego di anfore georgiane per l' affinamento del vino. In questa interessante chiacchierata scopriamo la sua visione riguardo gli effetti della pandemia, le affinità biologiche tra uomo e vite e l' impiego della scienza nella viticoltura tenendo sempre a mente quanto sia importante " non cercare di vegetalizzare l' uomo e non antropizzare la vite ".
