The Center for Cardiovascular Diseases and Sciences at LSU Health Shreveport hosts three programs each summer. CURIOUS, AHA SURE, and MS-CARDIO are designed to get undergraduates and young medical students experience in cardiovascular research labs. The goal is to expand the pool of scientists that are interested in working on cardiovascular disease and how to cure different aspects of it.
