Dr. Simone Nardin graduated from the University of Eastern Piedmont under the guidance of Professor Alessandra Gennari. Currently, he is a fellow in medical oncology at the University of Genoa, working under the mentorship of Professor Lucia Del Mastro and Professor Matteo Lambertini. He also contributes to the oncology department at AOU Maggiore della Carità (Novara), directed by Professor Alessandra Gennari. Dr. Nardin's primary research interests focus on breast cancer, with a particular emphasis on issues affecting young women and early treatment strategies. Recent projects, recognized by the ESMO Breast Cancer 2024 merit and the SABCS Clinical Scholar Award 2024, explore adjuvant endocrine therapy for premenopausal women and the role of GnRH analogs in this patient population.
