Dr. Soumya Guha, Senior Consultant Cardio Thoracic Surgeon at Desun Hospital, successfully treated Shafaquat Sheikh Rahman, who had Coarctation of the Aorta, a rare heart condition.

Shafaquat had balloon surgery at age 10, but in recent years, calcium deposits caused restricted blood flow, leading to a blood pressure anomaly between the upper and lower parts of her body, along with movement issues. Despite consulting multiple doctors, her condition went undiagnosed until Dr. Guha identified the issue and explained it in detail.
