Donald L. Evans has been a valued member of The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center Board of Visitors since 2008 and chaired the board from 2020 to 2022. Evans has shared his insight and expertise through roles on numerous initiatives, providing wise counsel and vital leadership. He has supported numerous events and has contributed significantly to cancer research, basic science and prevention programs. In 2024, Evans was named a Life Member of the MD Anderson Cancer Center Board of Visitors.
