I struggled to decide my rank list for residency. I think this is natural, but I did look for perspectives at the time. Here is me talking about my experience. I think there are many ways to do things and it is nice to see how people do them differently.

Sorry for the quickly put-together slides, was hoping to get this out fast and make it a quick video for you guys, but it ended up being a bit longer than expected.

Let me know what you guys think and if you are struggling with anything, post about it in the comments too. Maybe somebody else might have the same issue and someone else might have the answer.
