Prostate is a Gland which is present in all men and it increases in size with increasing age and certain races have it larger than the others and likewise certain families have this problem more than others.
But if you as a male want to know if there are some people and those problems are due to increased prostate size then you can use American urological association symptoms index to know your level of severity and also know when to consult your doctor.
