In this video, I share what happened at my penile implant consultation with Patrick Gordon — widely regarded as one of the top implant surgeons in the UK — at the Paul Sykes Urology Department, St James’s Hospital in Leeds.

I open up about my 10-year struggle with erectile dysfunction, the trauma caused by alprostadil injections, and the onset of Peyronie’s Disease. I also talk honestly about my mental health, relapse, and what it's like trying to keep helping others as a hypnotherapist when I’m struggling myself.

We discussed the Coloplast implant, daily Cialis to preserve erectile tissue, and realistic expectations about size. He told me I may be looking at a 3–4 month wait time. Despite all I’ve been through, I left this appointment with something I haven’t felt in a long time: hope.
