1. If considering endocrinopathies, make sure to rule out brain metastases!
2. Important labs: ACTH, TSH/T4, AM cortisol, prolactin
3. Always involve an endocrinologist to help:
a) guide hormone supplementation
b) educate patients about stress dose steroids/ adrenal crisis prevention
4. Steroids may prevent optic chiasm injury
