A passion for improving the lives of cancer survivors and their families led Assistant Professor Meghan Underhill and postdoctoral researcher Yuri Choi '25N (PhD) from Boston and Seoul to Rochester, where they lead research and practice at the recently NCI-Designated Wilmot Cancer Institute. In the School of Nursing's debut episode of Learners on Location, they discuss what it means to be oncology nursing scientists at the University of Rochester Medical Center, the lasting mentoring relationship they've formed, and what makes Rochester a "best kept secret" — including one of their favorite local restaurants, Carmen's Cooking in Brighton.
