A Case of PCI for CTO in all the three coronary arteries.
The patient refused CABG. PCI was done using my simple protocol which saved a lot of money for both the patient and the hospital.
This is the first case done in the region for total occlusion in all the three coronary arteries.
My CTO approach has been extended to reach outside the coronaries to do total occlusion interventions for the iliac, femoral, carotid, intracranial and mesenteric arteries. Even CTOs in the large veins such as SVC have been opened successfully.
