Quite often, getting into a PhD and the route to it seem very ambiguous. Some people may go straight on from undergraduate and some others may spend years working in research or industry positions before landing one! Because this is something that has confused me before, I decided to be transparent and create this more in-depth video talking about my experiences all the way from A-Levels all the way up to starting my Neuroimaging PhD in February. In this video, whilst I attempt to make my first ever sourdough, I go over my experiences studying Psychology, Neuroscience, and more recently Neuroimaging! This video is not meant to be a 'how to' guide, I'll happily admit that I have faced various rejections and offers for BSc, MSc and PhD programs, but I hope this video is useful ????.
I'd love to hear from you below in the comments if you have any feedback, would like any more information for future videos (or any good video ideas), are an aspiring or current PhD student - or if you're in industry and are just curious!
As always, a like, subscription and comment to this channel would be amazing ????, and you can find me on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube at @GooddyNeuro
