A young man presented with STEMI after shoveling snow. He arrested in the hallway on the way to the Cath Lab, and had refractory VF. We performed multi-vessel PCI of the LAD and RCA with the patient in nearly continuous VF supported by the LUCAS mechanical CPR device.
