I'll explain why having calcium in your arteries can be a silent but serious issue and which specific tests I recommend to accurately assess your heart health, like the coronary CT angiogram with FFR and advanced metabolic testing. We'll dive into common underlying issues like insulin resistance, prediabetes, and even leaky gut, and I'll explain why addressing these is crucial for long-term prevention.
