In this video Geo Kappen, Psychologist, Life Coach and Spiritual Guru explains the Para Psychological Extra Sensory Perception (ESP) related concept proposed by Psychology Professor and Para Psychologist Gertrude Schmeidler of City University, New York. During her Para Psychological investigation on ESP, she found two categories of people which she later called 'sheep' and 'goat'. According to her Sheep type subjects performed well as they believed that they can perform their ESP abilities well in controlled experimental condition too. On the other side, Goats were unable to perform as sheep, as they were skeptical, independent and curious. From this information Kappen suggests, there are two types of para psychological personality types. As sheep personality were filled with expectation, motivation and belief, they were able to perform and this can be generalized toward life of normal humans not only in the case of ESP, but in various other aspects of life such as achievement of one's dreams as well as Karma. Kappen suggests that the essence is motivation, expectancy and belief and these aspects can be utilized for spiritual growth as the sheep personality type done to build heaven on planet earth by achieving collective enlightenment.
