PCI of the Left Main and Circumflex became tricky when I could not get my stent to cross into the distal Circumflex. I ended up using a the stent wire trap technique, an easy technique that can be used in long or tandem lesions to enhance guide back-up and get equipment to the distal vessel. We go over how to perform the technique, as well as a general approach on how to deal with situations when your stent can't cross a lesion.
