A 68-year-old woman, with a history of TAVI, presented with significant dyspnea. Echocardiography showed severe paravalvular leakages, increased bioprosthetic gradients with enlarged left ventricle dimensions.
After precise planning, balloon expandable MyVal Valve was deployed within low seated self expandable Portico valve with great results.
