Testicular torsion is probably the most well-known Urological Emergency. Literally, the twisting of the testicle inside the scrotum, impairing the blood supply, and potentially, if not addressed within six hours, leading to the death of the testicle and the need for its removal

Epididymitis has very similar presentation to testicular torsion, in both are a course of unilateral testicular pain, however, there are some subtle differences which we go through in the video

However, a crucial point from all of the potential differentials for unilateral testicular pain are effing doubt check it out, as a testicular torsion can't be conclusively ruled out clinically
