I, and other cardiologists, are noticing an uptick in middle aged men having heart attacks on testosterone therapy. To reiterate the same message I hope I made clear in the video – this is anecdotal, the lowest level of evidence. I simply want to alert people to this possibility and hopefully someone much cleverer than me can look into this properly.

Addendum: Thank you for all your emails! I have received more than expected, so I think I will have to say if you were interested in doing some research but haven’t yet got in touch, save your enthusiasm for another project! I will work my way through the emails I’ve got and I will reply – let’s see if this comes to anything…
