The Journal of Lipid and Atherosclerosis (JLA), an international and peer-reviewed journal, is the official publication of the Korean Society of Lipid and Atherosclerosis. Its abbreviated title is ‘J Lipid Atheroscler (JLA)’. The JLA is published three times a year (January 25, May 25, and September 25).

The JLA aims to advance knowledge in lipid metabolism and atherosclerosis while enhancing understanding of the prevention, management of risk factors, and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.

The JLA publishes high-quality basic, translational, and clinical research in lipid metabolism, atherosclerosis, and cardiovascular disease.
