A new year-long study showed that in lean, metabolically healthy people, High ApoB levels and High LDL-C levels did not matter at all with regards to plaque in their heart arteries.
Many people stop doing a Ketp/Carnivore Diet because their ApoB and LDL-C shoot up, and this study allows those people to re-think that decision. In LMHR's, high ApoB and LDL-C levels DID NOT MATTER AT ALL.
