Dr. Chris Brown shares a case with Dr. Yousif Ahmad where the patient had acute decompensated heart failure. The patient received an outside hospital angiogram and subsequent heart failure management before transfer. His coronary anatomy reveals a total coronary occlusion (CTO) of the right coronary artery. Despite improved end-diastolic pressure (EDP) following initial treatment, the patient received mechanical circulatory support.
