El abordaje híbrido (posterior + anterior) permite una mejor visión de las vesículas seminales, así como una disección inicial de la fascia de Denonvelliers que permita acceder al plano intrafascial de la próstata para realizar una neuropreservación posteriolateral desde un inicio, y conectar el plano anterolateral de la bandolera intrafascial para mejorar la continencia urinaria inmediata y preservar la función eréctil en el paciente.
