The importance of a clean procedure and the fact that in cardiology- resistance should not be worked against - this philosophy of Agra Heart Centre by Dr. CR Rawat sir and Dr. Rajat Rawat has enabled repeat procedures with a high success rate of patent Radial arteries even after previous angioplasty and stenting.

This is a case(female) presented with chest pain of increasing severity since few weeks.
She is a known Hypertensive and Diabetic with deranged lipid profile, that was put under control at Agra Heart Centre. She also had a PTCA and stenting to LAD in 2020 for Anterior Wall MI.
She underwent routine evaluation with blood tests and echo, and there was no RWMA. Due to unstable Angina, a check angio was done to look for patency of previously put stent and if there was a new lesion or not - as is quite common with patients having multiple risk factors, especially females.

Her Check Angio showed A patent LAD stent even after 5 years, and a new lesion in RCA , which was the culprit for thr pain - she underwent succesful ptca and stenting to RCA eith aggressiv epost dilatation and IVUS run for checking parameters.
