Lorenza Rimassa, MD, Hunimed University, Milan, Italy, highlights the utility of immunotherapy combinations in patients with unresectable or advanced hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). In the Phase IIIb SIERRA study (NCT05883644), which tested the combination of durvalumab plus tremelimumab (STRIDE) in patients with characteristics that excluded them from the pivotal HIMALAYA trial (NCT03298451), Asian patients showed a manageable safety profile similar to the overall population. This interview took place at 2025 European Society for Medical Oncology (ESMO) Asia Congress in Singapore, Singapore.
