In this video, I offer teachings to increase your consciousness about the ways Western Psychology causes fragmentation and how Western therapy serves as an arm of the colonial paradigm. In particular, I share teachings that illuminate how just as the colonizer severed our connection from our Mother Earth, so has Western therapy severed our connection from the web of life and our whole self. My hope is that you become a more conscious healer or receiver of therapy so that together we can collectively heal and get free.

Please note: I am not against therapy and understand that therapy in its current form may be helpful to some people. I believe in therapy as it is ultimately an Indigenous practice, though its current form reflects a Western colonial worldview. It is my hope that we can begin to decolonize the practice so that the field can contribute to collective healing and liberation and truly serve the people in these times.
