Dr. Sidakpal Panaich presents a case of severe mitral regurgitation. The patient presented with a massively dilated heart, exhibiting torrential mitral regurgitation visible. The regurgitation was so severe that it was evident throughout the entire orifice.

He was able to use a MitraClip supported by Impella to show a significant improvement in the mitral regurgitation.
