Male patient, 80 years old, diagnosed with: mitral regurgitation 3.5/4 type A2A3P2P3, tricuspid regurgitation 2/4, atrial fibrillation before surgery. We performed mitral valve repair using loop technique, tricuspid valve repair using devega technique and maze procedure. The surgery was performed by Prof. Nguyen Sinh Hien and his team at Hanoi Heart Hospital.
