23yr old patient had c/o pain in lower abdomen since 2-3 months

USG pelvis showed bilateral dermoid cyst and right being very Large approx 12X10cm and had undergone torsion
On investigating further tumor markers were withing normal range

Surgery performed- laparoscopic B/L In bag dermoid cystectomy
