It's a stiky case ,the tumor were invaded to pelvic lymph nodes.I incised the vein after cleaning the scope(which warned me to re-indentify every structure when dealing with difficult cases)
When veins injured, just push with gauze. Continue /Finish the procedure.
Control the incision with any grasper which should be stable to avoid more injuries. Sew up the cut.
