In this video, we discuss a case of a young 40 years old male patient who had no past medical history. He presented to a private hospital with chest pain for 2 days, He had a normal ECG and normal blood tests. He was informed by the cardiologist that he needs urgent coronary catheterization since his three coronary arteries were blocked. He underwent cardiac stents placement even though there was no indication for it.
