Saturación de oxígeno 60% previo a la cirugía. Se coloca un injerto de PTFE 4mm. Se hace sin derivación cardiopulmonar, solo se canula la Aorta y Atrio Derecho, por si hubiera inestabilidad hemodinámica. Sale saturando al 89% con FiO2 30%.
