Management of Ebstein anomaly is evolving. The introduction of the cone repair has transformed expected outcomes and surgical treatment for this cardiac defect. Asymptomatic patients are now considered for surgical intervention, and surgical timing has changed. In complex cases, adjunct procedures like the bidirectional cavopulmonary shunt or arrhythmia surgery offer additional therapeutic benefits
