A discussion with Dr. Christina Wilson on how cancer can change who one is as a sexual being, and how it can alter relationships. Provide information on these changes and ways to improve who you are and your relationship with a partner.

Dr. Christina Wilson is a board-certified women’s health nurse practitioner and nurse scientist. She is an Assistant Professor at the University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Nursing where her research focuses on the assessment and treatment of body image and sexual health issues in patients with gynecologic cancer. In addition, she is an Assistant Professor and nurse practitioner in the Division of Gynecologic Oncology at UAB’s O’Neal Cancer Center. In her role as a nurse practitioner, she treats patients with sexual health issues related to breast and/or gynecologic cancer.
