Recently, I have stumbled (or in one case, "restumbled") onto statements in freelance articles appearing in the publications of "respected" organizations (the American Association of Retired Persons, and the European Society of Cardiology) which made some very specific claims that don't hold up under the least bit of scrutiny. In this video, I review these two claims.
