Breast surgery, like a mastectomy or lumpectomy, can cause pain, swelling, and tightness. But there are gentle exercises that can be done to speed up recovery and regain full shoulder and neck motion again. My name is Kelly. I am a board certified oncology or cancer physical therapist as well as a lymphedema therapist.
