54 year old male with relapsed double hit lymphoma involving the CNS.

Summary:
- Patients with high grade B-cell lymphoma with testicular involvement who relapse in the CNS less than 1 year after DA-R-EPOCH, IT chemotherapy, bilateral testes radiation, should receive CNS penetrating treatments including high dose MTX, cytarabine based consolidation regimen, +/- radiation therapy, with intention for autologous transplantation.
